Spring Snow

Posted by mrssmythe on April 2, 2018 in libraries, Out & About, Seasons |

This morning, CPT A woke up laughing. I thought he was still asleep and having a dream. I thought he was laughing in his sleep. But, he wasn’t. He was simply looking out the window.

It was snowing. Again.

And, it’s still snowing. We’re supposed to get 2-3 inches today. Nothing earth-shattering, but still….

On Saturday, we had bright blue skies and warm sunshine.

I did not work out in the yard like I had planned. Instead, I took Pepper to her art class and visited the downtown library where the trees are starting to put out their first blooms and buds.

I sat on a park bench and read in the sun. It was wonderful.

But, it was very brief. And now we’re back to snow.

Such is Spring in New England.

From the dining room table, thinking we probably won’t have to shovel…(but still!),
